Background: Chef/ Owner Jake Wolf started as a cooks’ apprentice in Schwendi, Germany at the Hotel Oberschwabischer Hof and served for years as head chef at Zum Schneider, Bavarian Biergarten in East Village, NYC. Capital Club 16 has been open for 12 years in downtown Raleigh serving blended German, European, and regional American cuisine.
