About: Capital Club 16 has been a community-focused restaurant and gathering place as a traditional American restaurant with European influences. Offering straight- forward and scratch-made meals inspired by classic dishes and time-tested family recipes, all while using local and seasonal ingredients. As the restaurant closes to evolve into The Wandering Wolf food truck (and catering), Chef Jake Wolf invites us in for one final special evening at the Capital Club location.
The Meal: At $50 per person (drinks separate), Chef Jake Wolf will be sharing seasonal specialties such as white asparagus and ______, along with German beer and wine specials.
